The relevant professional regulations for attorneys are the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys (RAO), the Guidelines for the Practice of the Legal Profession, for the Supervision of Attorneys’ Duties, and for the Training of Trainee Attorneys (RL-BA), and the Disciplinary Statute for Attorneys and Trainee Attorneys (DSt); the relevant fee regulations are the Lawyers’ Fee Act (RATG) and the General Fee Criteria (AHK).
